Ingredients
  

  • 1 package (18 oz) boxed brownie mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) plain pumpkin puree Use plain pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix and pumpkin puree. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into 24 squares. A plastic disposable knife is recommended for cutting.

Notes

These brownies are egg-free and do not require oil. The batter will be thick and does not rise significantly, resulting in a dense and chewy texture.
