Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Coleslaw Mix (cabbage, carrot)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (Whole30 compliant)
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Ground Mustard
  • ½ tsp Celery Seed
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Green Onion Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, ground mustard, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until fully combined.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and chopped green onion to the bowl with the dressing.
  • Toss all ingredients until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marinate.
  • Serve cold as a delicious side dish.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, omit mayonnaise and substitute with olive or avocado oil mixed with lemon or lime juice, fresh herbs, and spices. Optional add-ins include nuts, seeds, diced jalapeno, bacon, broccoli, dried cranberries, avocado, red onion, diced pineapple, or extra lemon juice.
