Ingredients
  

For the Tea

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 cup sugar adjustable to taste
  • 2 ripe peaches pitted and sliced
  • ΒΌ cup fresh lemon juice

For Serving

  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh peach slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Brewing and Sweetening

  • Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved while the tea is warm.

Infusing and Chilling

  • Add sliced peaches and lemon juice to the warm sweet tea. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill thoroughly.

Serving

  • Serve the chilled peach sweet tea over ice cubes. Garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness, if desired.

Notes
