Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 pound boneless, spiral sliced ham (pre-cooked)
  • ½ cup light brown sugar dark brown sugar can be used for a deeper flavor
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional for thickening glaze
  • 1 tablespoon cold water optional for thickening glaze

Instructions
 

  • Spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray and place the ham flat side down.
  • Mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves, then pour over the ham.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours, basting the ham with glaze 3-4 times.
  • Transfer the ham to a serving plate, slice if needed, and drizzle with remaining glaze.
  • To thicken the glaze, mix cornstarch and cold water, add to saucepan with slow cooker liquid, heat until thickened.

Notes

Basting the ham with glaze during cooking enhances flavor. Thickening the glaze is optional; it can be served directly from the slow cooker. A fine mesh strainer can be used to create a smoother gravy if desired.
