Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries, trimmed
  • 2 limes, juice squeezed
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • ½ cup sugar

Notes

Instructions
 

  • Combine cubed watermelon and trimmed strawberries in a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing the pulp to extract maximum liquid.
  • Stir the strained juice with lime juice and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Gently stir in the sparkling water.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve over ice, garnished with a slice of lime or a strawberry.
