Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 large (16-oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the berries by removing stems from strawberries and cutting them into small pieces, similar in size to mini marshmallows. Set aside.
  • In a very large bowl, beat the cream cheese with vanilla extract, salt, and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Gently stir in half of the thawed Cool Whip until smooth, then fold in the remaining Cool Whip.
  • Fold in the prepared strawberries, blueberries, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture into a resealable container for storage.

Notes

This is a no-bake dessert. Prepare the berries before mixing the filling to prevent the mixture from setting too quickly. The recipe can be adapted for other holidays by substituting fruits of different colors.
