Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz white chocolate instant pudding mix (dry)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 6 TBS sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz angel food cake approx. 4 cups chopped
  • 1 lb strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 lb blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Whisk dry pudding mix and cold milk in a medium bowl for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Cut angel food cake into 1/2 to 1-inch squares. Prepare strawberries by hulling, slicing, rinsing, and drying them.
  • In a trifle dish, place half the cake pieces. Top with strawberries, half the pudding, blueberries, and half the whipped cream.
  • Add the remaining cake, strawberries, pudding, blueberries, and whipped cream to create the second set of layers.
  • Decorate the top of the trifle with the remaining berries.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Can be prepared in individual jars for separate servings. Best enjoyed the same day it is made.
