Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine asparagus and olive oil in a wok or frying pan.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring for even cooking.
  • Add lemon juice and cover with a lid.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and season with salt to taste.
  • Serve warm or cold.

Notes

For oven preparation, preheat to 425°F, mix all ingredients, spray a baking sheet with oil, and bake for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through.
