  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute 1 ½ tablespoons of plain unsweetened applesauce for the canola oil and use 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of water in place of the milk.
