Ingredients
  

  • 4 filets salmon skin on
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil for pan-fry method

Instructions
 

  • Combine salmon, garlic, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and water in a ziplock bag, seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Remove salmon from marinade and discard the marinade.
  • For the oven method, preheat to 425°F, place salmon on a prepared pan, and bake for about 15 minutes.
  • For the pan-fry method, heat olive oil in a skillet, cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Notes

Salmon skin can be eaten, but some may choose to remove it. Leftover salmon can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
