Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup smoked boneless steak
  • 2 cups cooked mashed potatoes
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Gruyere cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced chives
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
  • Mix together the mashed potatoes, beaten egg, smoked steak, Cheddar cheese, Gruyere cheese, flour, and chives, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown and set.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before lifting out with a knife or spatula.
  • Serve with sour cream and additional chives.
