  • 8 ears sweet corn on the cob husks removed and cleaned
  • ¼ cup salted butter softened
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup queso fresco crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with fresh lime juice, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to create the chili lime butter mixture.
  • Place the prepared corn directly on the grill grates. Rotate frequently to ensure even cooking, grilling for approximately 10 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  • Remove the corn from the grill. Generously brush each ear with the chili lime butter and sprinkle with crumbled queso fresco.
  • Serve the grilled sweet corn immediately while hot.
