Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 11x7-inch baking pan.
  • Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk in a bowl.
  • Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth and clump-free.
  • Arrange peach slices in the bottom of the pan to cover completely.
  • Pour the batter evenly over the peaches.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon and finishing sugar over the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
