Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large white shrimp peeled and deveined (approximately 24 pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Thread 4-5 shrimp onto each bamboo skewer.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes until oil sizzles. Lightly brush the pan with oil.
  • Place skewers on the pan and grill for 3-4 minutes per side until shrimp turn orange and are completely opaque.
  • Alternatively, bake or air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve with optional extra lemon juice or olive oil.

Notes

Substitutions include vegetable oil for olive oil, lime for lemon, and fresh herbs for Italian seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer, avoiding the microwave to prevent rubbery texture.
