Fresh Raspberry Lemonade Recipe: Refreshingly Tart and Sweet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice approximately 6 large lemons
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice approximately 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 6 cups Water
  • Ice Cubes for serving
  • Garnish Lemon slices, fresh raspberries, fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Combine raspberries, half of the lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is fully incorporated and the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
  • Add the remaining lemon juice and water to the pitcher and stir until combined.
  • Pour into cups or jars, add ice, and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and mint sprigs.

Notes

To avoid froth, omit sugar from the blending step and add it with the water in step 4, stirring thoroughly to dissolve. Lime juice can be substituted entirely with additional lemon juice. The recipe can be doubled or tripled for larger groups. This lemonade can be mixed with vodka or rum for a cocktail. Sweetness and tartness levels can be adjusted by modifying ingredient ratios.
