Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ cup evaporated milk or substitute with whole milk, heavy cream, or half-and-half
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk or substitute with ½ cup granulated sugar and additional milk if needed
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • optional toppings cinnamon powder, chopped nuts, granola, whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine sour cream, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a bowl; whisk until smooth and refrigerate.
  • Prepare strawberries by removing tops and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Divide strawberries into bowls and pour cream mixture over them; serve immediately.

Notes

The cream base can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If using granulated sugar instead of sweetened condensed milk, additional milk may be required for consistency.
