Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Mix the ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs and arrange them on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
  • To freeze, place cooked meatballs on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and freeze, then transfer to a labeled freezer bag.

Notes

These meatballs can be served with various sauces or sides, such as spaghetti, BBQ sauce, or mashed potatoes. For uniform size, use a food scale or cookie scoop when forming meatballs.
