Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounces Peaches fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 15 ounces Mangos fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 10 ounces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 /2 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 /2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 /4 cup Red Onion
  • 1 2 Jalapenos seeded
  • 4 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 /2 Lime juiced
  • 1 /4 teaspoon Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 2 Garlic Cloves

Instructions
 

  • Dice peaches, mangos, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, jalapenos, cilantro, and garlic cloves. Juice half a lime.
  • Combine all ingredients except garlic in a large mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined.
  • Add minced garlic to the bowl and mix until fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust salt, lime juice, or jalapeno quantity as needed.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
