Ingredients
  

  • 2 lemons (quartered)
  • lemon (sliced into wedges for garnish)
  • ½ cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 8 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 1 onion (peeled and cut into 6 pieces)
  • 1 pound small Yukon gold potatoes (halved)
  • 4 ears corn on the cob (cut into 3-4 inch pieces)
  • 3 lobster tails
  • 1 pound clams (scrubbed)
  • 1 pound crab legs (pre-cooked)
  • 1 pound smoked sausage (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Sauce

  • 1 cup reserved broth
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Garnish

  • chopped parsley
  • lemon wedges
  • Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Quarter 2 lemons and slice the remaining one into wedges for garnish.
  • Fill a large pot with 14-16 cups of water. Add the 2 lemon quarters, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and onion. Bring to a boil.
  • Add potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Add lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add clams, crab legs, and corn to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and sausage to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the seafood mixture, reserving 1 cup of the broth. Melt the butter and whisk it into the reserved broth.
  • Pour the broth over the seafood. Garnish with chopped parsley, lemon wedges, and additional Old Bay seasoning. Serve immediately.

Sauce Preparation

  • Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan. Whisk the melted butter into 1 cup of the reserved seafood broth to create the sauce.

  • Garnish the seafood boil with chopped parsley, lemon wedges, and extra Old Bay seasoning. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes
