Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon or spicy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, onion powder, sugar, and celery seed in a medium bowl or jar.
  • Stir or shake until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Add cider vinegar and lemon juice to the mixture.
  • Seal the container and shake well until the dressing is fully combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then shake again to incorporate.
  • Refrigerate the dressing until it is ready to be served.

Notes

For a crispier texture, dress the coleslaw immediately before serving. For a softer texture, mix with cabbage and refrigerate for a few hours. This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week, but is best consumed within the first three days. Shake well before pouring.
