Ingredients
  

  • 19.1 ounce Golden Oreos, divided
  • 1 ½ cup freeze dried strawberries, divided
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounce Wilton pink candy melts
  • 10 ounce Ghirardelli vanilla melting wafers

  • ½ cup reserved cookie crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper to prepare for chilling the cookie balls.
  • Process Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor, reserving ½ cup for the topping.
  • Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth using an electric mixer.
  • Combine cookie crumbs and 1 cup of freeze-dried strawberries with the cream cheese, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up for easier handling.
  • Scoop 1 ½ tablespoons of batter for each ball and roll them into uniform spheres.
  • Place the formed balls on the prepared baking sheets and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  • Melt the vanilla melting wafers using a double boiler or microwave on low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled ball into the melted wafers using a fork, tapping off excess coating.
  • Immediately top the dipped balls with the reserved cookie crumbs and freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Refrigerate the finished cookie balls until fully set before serving.
