Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds peaches, seeds removed and diced fresh or canned, drained
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 /2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 /4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine diced peaches, tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro in a large bowl. Stir gently to mix.
  • Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
