Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll sheets or pizza dough or bread dough
  • 4 oz whipped cream cheese or regular cream cheese, softened
  • 6 scrambled eggs made with eggs, red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked meat sausage, bacon, ham, or a combination
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mild, medium, or sharp cheddar, or alternatives like Colby Jack, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground sausage and bacon, then set aside.
  • Whisk together the scrambled egg ingredients and cook until fully done.
  • Prepare the crescent dough, pinch seams, and spread cream cheese over it.
  • Layer scrambled eggs, cooked meat, and cheese on the cream cheese.
  • Roll the dough tightly, cut into 12 pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 350°F until golden brown, optionally brushing with melted butter before serving.

Notes

Variations include using different cream cheese flavors, meats, vegetables, and cheeses. For a time-saving option, pre-cooked sausage and bacon can be used. Rolls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
