Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 5 radishes, cubed small
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8–10 corn tortillas, warmed
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Queso fresco or crumbled feta
  • Chipotle lime sauce

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create thin fillets.
  • Combine all seasonings in a bowl, coat chicken with olive oil and seasoning mix.
  • Preheat grill or pan over medium-high heat, grill chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked.
  • Mix mango, avocado, radishes, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, honey, and salt to create salsa.
  • Warm tortillas, spread chipotle lime sauce, add lettuce, chicken, and salsa, then top with queso fresco.

Notes

For air frying, preheat to 400°F and cook chicken for 4 minutes on each side. To reduce spice, omit cayenne and jalapeño.
