Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • cup butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  • Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Add baking soda and salt, then mix in the flour until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add nuts or spices like cinnamon to the batter.
