Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless salmon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3-4 teaspoons avocado or olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon coarse kosher salt or 1/2 teaspoon table salt

Instructions
 

  • Remove skin from the salmon and cut it into 1 to 2-inch cubes.
  • Combine all spices in a small bowl.
  • Toss salmon cubes with spice mixture and olive oil until coated.
  • Place salmon in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 8 minutes.
  • Ensure salmon is golden and crispy, flaking easily with a fork.

Notes

Use boneless, skinless salmon for ease. Ensure brown sugar is not clumpy for better mixing. Cooked salmon can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but is best consumed within 24 hours for optimal taste.
