Ingredients
  

  • 400 g cauliflower cut into medium-sized florets
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup plain white flour (all-purpose flour)
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce of your choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
  • Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the batter.
  • Dip each floret into the batter, coat well, and shake off excess.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and arrange the florets in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Brush the cooked wings with a mixture of olive oil and BBQ sauce.
  • Cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure uniform cutting of cauliflower for even cooking. For extra crispiness, consider adding cornstarch or breadcrumbs to the batter.
