Ingredients

cups
diced pineapple
from 1 pineapple for the bowl
2

diced bell pepper
about 1 large bell pepper, preferably half orange and half red
¼
cup
small diced red onion
½
jalapeño
seeds removed, small diced

tablespoons
chopped cilantro
3
tablespoons
lime juice
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise to create a bowl.
Carve around the inside of the pineapple and make grid cuts in the flesh.
Scoop out the pineapple flesh to create a well for the salsa.
Combine the diced ingredients in a bowl and transfer into the pineapple bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
This recipe can be doubled or tripled depending on the size of the pineapple bowl.
