Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups water
  • 2 3 ounce packages dry ramen noodles discard flavor packets
  • 3 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
  • thinly sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil, add ramen noodles, and cook for 2 to 4 minutes until tender. Drain, reserving some cooking water.
  • Whisk together soy sauce, chili crisp, peanut butter, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  • Place cooked noodles in a bowl, pour sauce over them, and toss until evenly coated, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions, serving extra chili crisp on the side.

Notes

Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding reserved pasta water as needed. For additional heat, serve with extra chili crisp.
