Ingredients
  

  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • a pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • micro arugula or regular baby arugula for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and prepare the naan flatbreads.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add onions, season, and cook until wilted; stir in honey and caramelize.
  • Mix ricotta and feta, spread on naan, top with caramelized onions and blueberries.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until the blueberries burst and naan is toasted; garnish with arugula.

Notes

Naan can be substituted with other flatbreads if desired. Adjust the amount of honey based on personal sweetness preference.
