Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (3 oz) Berry Blue Jello Gelatin
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup Blue Curacao liquor
  • ½ cup Malibu Rum
  • ½ cup chilled pineapple juice
  • Whipped cream (optional garnish)
  • 10–15 fresh pineapple chunks (optional garnish)
  • 10–15 maraschino cherries (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Arrange shot cups on a baking sheet or tray for easy transport and stability.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the Berry Blue Jello powder with boiling water until it is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in the Blue Curacao, Malibu Rum, and chilled pineapple juice until all liquids are well combined.
  • Carefully pour the jello mixture evenly into the prepared shot cups.
  • Refrigerate the jello shots for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until they are firm and set.
  • Just before serving, top each jello shot with optional garnishes like whipped cream, pineapple chunks, or maraschino cherries.

Notes

For an alcohol-free version, omit the alcohol and substitute with equal amounts of water or juice. Garnish only immediately before serving to maintain freshness. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 10 days; freezing is not recommended as it can alter the texture.
