Ingredients
  

  • 8 Street Taco-Sized Keto Zero Carb Tortillas
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 slices American Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • ½ cup Dill Pickle Slices
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Big Mac Sauce

  • cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1 ½ tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • ¼ tsp Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder for beef mixture
  • Salt and pepper to taste for beef mixture

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Knead to combine.
  • Divide the meat mixture into 8 evenly sized balls.
  • Press one ball of meat onto the front side of a tortilla until the surface is covered. Repeat with remaining meat and tortillas.
  • Place the tortillas meat-side down into the heated skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, smashing the patties flat with a spatula.
  • Flip the burgers, cover each with a slice of American cheese, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the tortilla crisps.

Prepare Sauce

  • In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, sugar-free ketchup, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the sauce mixture over each smash burger.
  • Top each burger with shredded lettuce and two dill pickle slices.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Nutritional information is approximate. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Tortillas may begin to soften after one day but remain safe to eat. The sauce recipe can be doubled and stored in the fridge for use on salads, as a dip, or for other dishes. Sugar-free ketchup is recommended to avoid corn syrup sweeteners.
