Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Brussels Sprouts stemmed and halved
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce plus more for serving

Instructions
 

  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer at 400ºF for 10 minutes.
  • Coat diced chicken in chili oil and season with ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  • Add the chicken to the air fryer with the Brussels sprouts and stir to combine.
  • Continue cooking for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches 160ºF to 165ºF.
  • Stir in sweet chili sauce and air fry or broil for 1-2 minutes to caramelize.

Notes

For frozen Brussels sprouts, microwave for 2 minutes, drain, and cut in half. Substitute chili oil with olive oil mixed with crushed red pepper if needed.
