Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ½ teaspoon parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut each potato in half lengthwise and then into quarters to make 16 wedges; pat dry.
  • In a bowl, combine wedges with olive oil and spices, tossing to coat.
  • Place half the wedges in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip wedges and cook for an additional 5 minutes; remove and repeat with remaining wedges.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Soaking the potato wedges in cold water for about 30 minutes before cooking may enhance crispiness, though it is not required. Variations in seasoning can include cayenne pepper for heat or rosemary for an earthy flavor.
