  • 6 pieces bone-in chicken thighs with skin
  • ½ lemon Juice of lemon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried herbs such as herbs de Provence or dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken thighs.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, and dried herbs.
  • Place chicken thighs in the air fryer, skin side down.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

Notes

If using boneless chicken thighs, reduce the cooking time. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F for doneness. The air fryer requires little to no oil, making it a healthier cooking method.
