Agua de Kiwi: Refreshing and Easy to Make

Ingredients
  

  • 4 kiwi fruit peeled and cut into chunks
  • 8 cups water
  • ΒΌ cup sugar
  • 1 lemon freshly juiced
  • Ice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Combine kiwi chunks, lemon juice, and 2 cups of water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a large pitcher. Add the remaining 6 cups of water and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve over ice.

Notes

Select ripe kiwi that is firm but yields slightly to pressure for optimal color and sweetness. Store in a glass container with a tight lid to prevent odor absorption.
